AIR CONDITIONING
To regulate the temperature in the room use the steering wheel to the right. The strength of the fan is regulated through the buttons with a fan symbol on. Keep in mind that it takes some time before the effect of the regulation is shown. Please leave your card in the wall so that the system can continue to work. Contact the front desk for help.

BIKE RENTAL
In the summertime you can rent bicycles at the front desk (limited quantity).

BILLIARD
Pool tables are located on floor 2. Billiard cues can be borrowed at reception.

BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served in the restaurant between 7-10 AM every day.

BUSINESS CENTER
A guest computer / work station is available near the front desk. We can also help with printing and copying (fee is applied).

CHECK-OUT TIMES
Please check out no later than the specified times.
Conference guests 10:00.
Individual guests (room w/breakfast) 11:00.

EMERGENCY EXITS
There are emergency exits on every floor, marked with green emergency exit signs. Your room has a floor plan that show the closest emergency exits.

FIRE ALARM
Floor plans showing the closest emergency exit are located in every room, conference room and department. If the alarm sounds, follow the instructions provided via the loudspeaker system and evacuate the hotel.

GIFT SHOP
Please visit our nice gift shop that are located by the front desk. The opening hours are 7AM-10PM.

GYM
We have a well equipped indoor gym, open always. Free for hotel guests. Minimum age: 16 years.
Close to the hotel you can also find an outdoor gym for public use.

IT
You have access to free wi-fi. Use the “RS-Guest” network, the password is “internet”.
Please contact the front desk if you need an adapter or mobile phone charger.

LAUNDRY
Please contact the front desk for information about the laundry service.

LUGGAGE ROOM
Luggage can be stored near the front desk during check-in/check-out. The luggage room is locked but has no camera surveillance.

MEDICAL HELP
Please contact the front desk in case of illness. In emergencies, call the emergency services on 112. Defibrillator (AED) is at the front desk.

MINIBAR
You can buy cold drinks and snacks from the minibar in the room.

PADEL COURT
We are happy to help you book an outdoor padel or tennis court.

PETS
Dogs are only permitted in specific hotel rooms against an additional cleaning fee of SEK 500, must be booked in advance. Dogs are allowed in the reception area, in your hotel room, on the patio behind the reception and in the lounge (but not in front of the bar). The dog must always be on a leash.

PHARMACY
The closest pharmacy is “Apoteket” on Stenhusgatan next to the grocery store “Willys”. Please look at their webpage or contact the front desk for opening hours.

PILLOW MENU
The pillows on your bed contain down. Please inform the front desk if you would like a different type of pillow. We can offer different types, for example allergy pillows.

PLAY ROOM
A play room for children is located on the ground floor, underneath the restaurant. Outdoor play equipment can be borrowed at the reception. Adults are responsible for their children.

POOL HOUSE

  • Entrance is included for hotel guests who have booked a package including pool access, as well as for conference guests. For guests who have booked accommodation with breakfast, an entrance fee applies and is only possible subject to availability after 18:00 and from 08:00 to 10:00.
  • Adults’ bathrobes are available in the wardrobe of the hotel room. Children’s bathrobes can be obtained at the reception. Swimwear is available for purchase.
  • We are an eco-labeled hotel, which is why disposable slippers are no longer provided in the rooms for environmental reasons. If you don’t have your own slippers, you can buy them at the reception.
  • The pool house is open from 08:00 to 22:00 unless otherwise stated. Closed for cleaning from 12:00 to 13:00.
  • Swim diapers are available for purchase at the reception.
  • Food and drinks are not allowed in the pool house.
  • Adults are responsible for their children.

POWER SUPPLY
Swedish domestic power supply is 230 volts. Please place the keycard in the slot by the door to activate the power supply in your room.

RESTAURANT
On our website you can book a table, see the menu and find out opening hours. You are also welcome to contact the head waiter on +46 (0)431 78 510.

SEWING SET/SEWING SERVICE
Sewing sets are available at the front desk.

SHOESHINE MACHINE
There is a shoeshine machine next to the front desk.

SMOKING
The hotel is 100% non-smoking and we request that all smoking is done in restricted areas. If you smoke in the room you will be charged a cleaning fee of SEK 1000.

TAXI
If you plan to go by taxi, please book it well in advance via the front desk. There is a limited number of taxi cars in the area.

TENNIS COURTS
The tennis courts around the hotel are open from May to September.
We are happy to help you book a court, SEK 220-400 per hour. We also loan out racquets and balls (deposit fee).

TOOTHBRUSH/TOOTHPASTE
Toothbrush and toothpaste are for sale at the front desk.

TV
All the television channels at Riviera strand are free of charge.

VALUABLES/SAFTEY DEPOSIT BOX
For secure storage of valuables. Available in every room.
