Redeeming a gift voucher
Redeem at the hotel:
The gift card can be redeemed directly at the hotel, where it can be used as a means of payment in all hotel departments. Please remember to bring your gift card with you as the card number must be displayed at the time of payment.
Redeem online:
When redeeming via online booking, please enter the gift card number as your means of payment.
Any excess amount that the value of the gift card does not cover can be paid by credit card.
Any remaining amount on the gift voucher will be saved and can be used at a later date during the gift card’s validity period.

Handle with care:
Each gift voucher has a unique number that must be given when it is used as a means of payment. Unfortunately, lost gift cards cannot be replaced. The gift card may not be redeemed for cash.
Delivery:
The gift voucher will be delivered as a PDF document via e-mail immediately after the order is placed. You may also choose to have the gift card delivered by post (+90 SEK). These orders will be posted by us the following business day to the address you specified for the recipient.
Currency:
All gift card amounts are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK)
VAT:
VAT is not charged on gift vouchers of any amount. VAT is only charged when the gift card is used. Postage and administration fees always include VAT.
Period of validity:
Gift vouchers for specific values are valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
