The Evening menu is included when you have booked an overnight package.


Arctic char, sunchoke mayonnaise, fennel- and apple salad, dill biscuit

Grilled flank steak with sweet potato purée, salsify, pimentos padrones, kikos corn and chimichurri

Dessert of the evening, SEK 95:
Variety of citrus – blood orange purée, candy ribbons, yuzu curd, meringue and vanilla macaron


Terrine of Bjäre chicken, truffle mayonnaise, pickled carrot, crispy skin and cress

Cod with golden beet, cauliflower purée, roasted cauliflower, browned sage butter

Dessert of the evening, SEK 95:
Chocolate cake with milk chocolate mousse, black currant sorbet, white chocolate foam and ganache

Steakhouse buffet

Steakhouse buffet is served in Restaurant Riviera on Saturdays from 18.00.

A nice meat buffet with good, full flavors. A variation of meat and fish is served with salads, warm and cold sauces and fried extras such as french fries, sweet potato fries, onion rings and fried squid. There are also always vegetarian choices.

Afternoon Tea is served in Restaurant Riviera on Saturdays 12.00–14.30.

Enjoy our well-stocked afternoon tea, with everything from medium dishes such as pie, salad and cold cuts to scones with good sides. End with different desserts and cakes. All for a classic afternoon tea buffet.

Happy hour

Fridays between 05:00 pm – 07:00 pm

Come and celebrate the weekend with us at Restaurant Riviera. Every Friday between 5 and 7 PM, we offer a 20% discount on all food and drinks served at the bar.

If you want to prolong the evening with dinner in the restaurant, we offer an à la carte menu and seafood buffet at the usual price from 6 PM.

Our sommelier has carefully chosen wines from all over the world. The right wine raises the taste experience and we will be happy to help you with the best variety.
